CRISPY TOFU, TINAPA, AMPALAYA CON ITLOG
1/2 package extra firm tofu, diced and fried
3 tbsp cornstarch
salt and pepper
cooking oil for frying
3 pcs medium size smoked fish, de boned and chopped into large pieces.
1 small onion
3 large tomatoes
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sugar
fish sauce if using
1 cup water
3 beaten eggs with 1 cup water
2 medium size ampalaya, seeded and sliced thinly
