PORK BBQ – PANG NEGOSYO!!

Serves: 3 lbs 20 pork bbq sticks
3 lbs pork shoulder cut into 2 bite size pcs (including fat)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar (Palm)
1/2 cup catsup
10 cloves garlic, minced
ground pepper
1/2 can 7-up
Marinate pork with all the ingredients.
Skew into bbq sticks
Grill all sides until cooked.
Glaze with remaining marinade as you grill it to avoid drying out.
Serve hot.
