1 medium size eggplant
100 grams fried tofu
5 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 ear corn
1 cup water
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup chopped kinchay or cilantro
