CRISPY SMELT
200 grams fresh smelt
1 cup very cold water
3/4 cup all purpose flour plus 2 tbsp more
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
salt and pepper
Enough cooking oil
Fry until golden brown – drain excess oil
SINUWAM NA MAIS
3 tbsp cooking oil
chopped onions
chopped ginger
chopped garlic
fish sauce
ground pepper
1 Knorr cube seasoning
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cups water
1/2 can whole kernel corn
1/2 can cream style corn
fresh spinach leaves
fresh green onions
