PORKCHOP with Tenga ng Daga at Labong.
2 big pieces fried porkchop, cut into bite size pieces
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
1 small piece of ginger
5 cloves garlic, chopped
100 grams carrots
100 grams dried mushrooms, soaked in warm water,
1 cup mushroom water saved
250 grams bamboo shoot or labong – thoroughly washed and rinsed
ground pepper
fish sauce
soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water with 1 tbsp cornstarch -thickener
1/2 cup chopped green onions
