(800 grams) 4 large bone-in/skin on chicken thighs, cut into half.
1 cup pineapple juice
fish sauce
ground pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
cooking oil for frying
1 medium size onion
5 cloves garlic
300 grams broccoli
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
marinating liquid
1 can pineapple chunks (400 grams)
Slurry (1 cup water and 1 tbsp cornstarch)
1/2 red bell pepper
1 small can table cream
