COOKING THE NOODLES
1/2 package canton noodles
1/2 package “cooked” miki noodles
6 cups of chicken broth
ground pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce

COOKING THE TOPPINGS
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
1 medium size carrot
garlic powder
1 chicken cube
200 grams celery
300 grams cabbage
3 pcs chinese style sausage
10 pcs fish balls (cooked)
4 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
ground pepper
400 grams cooked chicken breast strips
