300 grams chopped lechon kawali
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 knob ginger, peeled and chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
170 grams sitcharo (snow peas)
1 can baby corn, drained, cut in half
soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
salt
ground pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
