TUNA TOKWA TAUSI – TTT

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 12 pieces
1/2 container 200 grams – extra firm tofu, drained and mashed
1 tuna in can, mashed with its oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 to 3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg
2 pcs white bread
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 can tausi with 2 tbsp brine
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp sugar
Slurry – 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup water.
Chopped green onions for garnish.
Combine tofu, tuna,bread,egg and flour with oyster sauce and ground pepper.
Divide into 12 pcs
and fry for 4 minutes turning once until golden brown.
Set aside.
Pre heat oil and saute onions,ginger and tomatoes for 3 minutes
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add beans and mash it and cook for 1 minute.
add vinegar
Add water and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Add dissolve cornstarch into the boiling sauce to thicken.
When sauce thickens add patties.
Add green onions.
Turn off heat.
Serve right away.
