Tokwa at pork chop na Sarciado!
3 pcs porkchop, cut into large pieces
1 tbsp cornstarch
salt and pepper
Combine pork with cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
Fry 8 minutes.
Deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil, set aside.
Do the same with tofu.
Coat with corntarch and deep fry until golden brown.
Fry 5 minutes.
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
5 cloves garlic,
3 large tomatoes, seeded
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch with the water for slurry.
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or chives.
