Marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
ground pepper
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
COOKING:
1/2 cup oil
2 large eggplant
8 cloves garlic
1/2 red bell pepper
green onions
Reserved Marinade
2 cups water
added seasonings:
2 tbsp soy sauce
ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp oyster sauce
