PANCIT MIKI GUISADO
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: Serves 4
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion, peeled and chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz sliced carrots
4 oz sliced celery rib
4 oz chopped broccoli
8 oz shredded cabbage
2 tbsp green onions
salt and pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
8 oz medium size shrimp,peeled and deveined
12 oz pre cooked chicken breast sliced
Pre heat oil for a minute.
Saute onions for a minute.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add carrots, celery and broccoli.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cabbage.
Stir and cook for a minute.
Add shrimp.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Stir and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover,
Stir and remove vegetables and shrimp.
Add broth to the wok.
Season with ground pepper.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add miki noodles.
Continue to cook as you stir for a minute.
Add back vegetables and shrimp.
Cook for a minute.
Turn off heat.
Keep stirring and combining noodles and vegetables.
This ensures that ingredients are well combined and shrimp is fully cooked.
Serve.
