4 pcs Salay Salay fried cut into big pieces – set aside.
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
5 cloves garlic
2 large tomatoes
1 tbsp shrimp paste
ground pepper
1 to 2 cups water
1 sayote
1 large eggplant
chopped kinchay or cilantro
