1 small onion
8 cloves garlic
1 small carrot
6 to 8 cups water
fish sauce
oyster sauce
100 grams steamed tofu
200 grams fried tofu
200 grams white part Bokchoy/Pechay
3 pcs Chinese Sausage
10 pcs Korean/Vietnamese fish cakes
2 cup green onions
1 bunch Vermicelli or Sotanghon
1 package instant noodles with the flavoring packet.
