Note:The portions of the sauce ingredients from the video is smaller and was only good for 1 steak. I am adjusting it to fit the entire dish
3 pcs ribeye steaks @ 1 lb each
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire
4 tbsp Roasted Garlic seasoning or any steak seasoning
4 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
ground pepper
3 tbsp A-1 steak sauce
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
GINISANG SITCHARO AT SOTANGHON
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time:
Yields: 6 with steamed rice
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium size onion, peeled chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms (button)
5 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt or fish sauce/patis
1/2 ground pepper
1 lb snow peas (sitcharo) – end removed
1/2 lb medium size shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch pre -soaked vermicelli noodles (softened already)
1 cup chicharon/pork rinds
Pre heat oil in a wok for a minute.
Add tomatoes and onions and cook for 5 minutes until soft and mushy
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms, stir.
Add broth and cover.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover and season with salt and pepper.
Then add snow peas
Adjust heat mediu, cover and cook for a minute.
Uncover and add shrimp
And add sotanghon noodles. (pre soaked in warm water for 5 minutes to soften)
Stir and combine well.
Cover and adjust heat to low.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Season with fish sauce if you want.
Uncover
Add chicharon before serving.
Serve with steamed rice.

Prep time: 10 min
Marinate: 30 min
Cook time: 42 minutes
Serving:
Ingredients:
6 kalamansi
1 cup soy sauce
1 kilo beef sirloin thinly sliced
8 tbsp cooking oil
8 pcs onion sliced into rings
5 cups water
Instruction:
Marinate the beef in kalamansi and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Drain the marinate from the beef and set aside.
Heat the oil and fry the beef 1 minute each side.
This will take about 20 minutes.
Set aside. In the same pan, place about 3 onions and fry for 1 minute.
Add the fried beef and the marinate sauce.
Add water.
Cover.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Add more water if needed. ( you can add more soy sauce and kalamansi according to your taste).
Uncover.
Add the remaining onion rings on top.
Turn off the heat and cover.
