Pork Skewers

How to make Pork Skewers:
Prep time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 8 pork skewers

1 pound ground pork
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp red curry paste
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 half finely chopped cilantro
1 egg
8 pcs lemongrass stalks

Using your clean hands combine all ingredients (except lemongrass stalks) well and turn into 8 balls
thread meat balls into the lemongrass sticks.
Keep meatballs in the freezer for 15 minutes to set
Pre heat your grill pan before coating with cooking spray.
Grill for 10 minutes turning once in a while to make sure meat is completely cooked.
Serve.
