PORK CHOP IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves:4 with steamed rice
3 lbs pork chop
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
cooking oil
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 package mushrooms, halved
8 oz green beans
fish sauce
1 cup broth or water
1 can cream of mushroom
Combine pork with cornstarch with salt, pepper and sugar.
Fry for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
remove oil from the pan and leaave 4 tbsp.
Add mushrooms and onions and cook for 3 minutes.
Add green beans use medium heat.
Add fish sauce and ground pepper
Add broth and cream of mushroom.
Bring to boil.
Add cooked pork and use low heat.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
