NEGOSYO SA REPOLYO – CHICHARONG REPOLYO

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
100 grams shredded green cabbage
200 grams extra firm tofu
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp pork or chicken powder seasoning
1/2 cup all purpose flour
170 ml evaporated milk
Mash tofu and combine with all the ingredients. Fry until golden brown. Fry in batches. Do not crowd pan.
SAUCE
hot sauce
grated parmesan cheese
lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Add to the crispy cabbage.
Serve right away.
