4 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
enough cooking oil to fry until golden – 8 minutes
Cooking the toge-
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
5 cloves garlic
2 large tomatoes
1 small carrot
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups chopped green cabbage
2 cups toge or bean sprouts
Thickener (slurry – 1 cup water with 1 tbsp cornstarch)
1/2 cup chopped scallions/kinchay/cilantro/celeryleaves
