Labanos sa Gata at Tapa!
600 grams thinly slices of beef ( I used Ribeye steak) season with salt and pepper
Fry beef slices until brown and tender (10 minutes) – set aside and drain from oil.
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
5 cloves garlic
carrots
fish sauce
ground pepper
Knorr Liquid Seasoning
2 large Radish labanos (900 grams)
Anatto powder
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
2 to 3 tbsp palm vinegar
Knorr cube (optional)
1/2 cup water or more
1 large banana pepper – panigang
3 pcs labuyo – Thai Chiles
Spinach leaves to make it colorful
Add back the fried beef slices
Serve
