SAUTEED BOKCHOY/GINISANG PECHAY

Serving: 8 people
Ingredients:
8 cups water
3 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic minced
2 onions, peeled and chopped
3 pcs tomatoes chopped
500 grams shrimp (remove the head/shelled)
500 grams pork cubed and boiled
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 kilo bokchoy
1 tbsp ground pepper
Boil the pork in 8 cups water for 15 minutes.
Set aside the broth.
In a pan fry the pork until slightly brown ( about 10 min).
Set aside.
In the same pan, heat the oil and saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and pork.
Continue stirring until the shrimp turned opague in color.
Add 3 cups of pork broth.
Cover.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Uncover.
Add the bokchoy.
Cover.
Simmer for 1minute stirring ocassionally.
Uncover.
Add ground pepper.
Serve
