Crispy Bangus Skin
Peel off Skin from fried or grilled milk fish.
Remove flesh
Coat skin with cornstarch seasoned with salt and pepper
Fry until crispy.
Place in paper towels to remove excess oil.

4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion
1 knob ginger
3 cloves garlic
ground pepper
1 tsp sugar if preferred
1 can coconut milk
Kalamansi Juice
2 tbsp bagoong
4 large Banana Pepper
1 large green bell pepper
