Black Cod in Miso
(Ginisa sa Miso na Cod) or any fish of your choice.
Coat 4 pcs of cod in 1 tbsp all purpose flour
Brown cod for a minute each side.
Set aside.
Sauté ginger, onions for 3 minutes.
Add tomato and cook for a minute
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add 2 tbsp miso paste.
Add 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Add fish back and turn heat to medium.
Add mustard greens.
Cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve.
