300 grams chicken liver
Marinade of the liver
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Actual cooking
4 tbsp cooking oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion
400 grams pork
3 pcs dried bay leaves
salt
pepper
sugar
1 tbsp knorr Liquid seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
