200 grams ground pork
200 grams extra firm tofu, mashed
1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 medium size onion
1 large tomato
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
100 grams green beans
1/4 red bell pepper
2 japanese eggplant
1/2 cup cooking oil for frying the eggplant
