Level up yung sweet and sour fish
500 grams flesh of fried fish (I used Salay Salay)
200 grams chopped green cabbage
1 cup all purpose flour
salt and pepper
2 pcs white bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Yields 10 patties
Sauce:
4 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
100 grams sliced carrots
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced thinly
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 to 3 tbsp ketchup
1/2 to 1 cup pineapple Juice
2 cup canned pineapple chunks
slurry 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp cornstarch
