SIZZLING SISIG NACHOS

The recipe below was adjusted to serve 4 people

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Serves: 4 to 6

2 lbs lechon kawali chopped into small pieces
1 bag (1 lb) tortilla chips
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 pcs Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
4 tbsp butter
4 fried eggs (yolks runny)

Pre heat oil and saute onions and garlic.
Add pork and cook for 2 minutes
And season with salt.
Turn off heat.
Add oyster sauce and mayonnaise
add lemon juice
Add green onions and pepper.

Meanwhile – pre heat a cast iron skillet then add butter to melt
Add sisig and allow to sizzle
Crack eggs on top
combine and serve on top of chips.

Garnish with salsa, guacamole and crema.
