SINABAWANG TAHONG AT CHORIZO
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 with steamed rice
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs chorizo, cut into thick pieces
1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned and bearded
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 bag of fresh spinach
you can add vegetables like (baby corn)
Pre heat oil and add butter to melt.
Saute garlic for a minute.
Add chorizo and cook for a minute.
Add mussels.
Season with soy sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add baby corn and cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover and add spinach.
Cover and cook for a minute.
Serve!
