4 tbsp vinegar
salt
3 ligo sardines
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion
2 tomatoes
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 small carrots
2 pcs (800g)sayote
2 cups water
1 chicken cube
1 pc dried bay leaves
fish sauce
ground pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1 roll sotanghon noodles, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
