SALT AND PEPPER PORK CHOP

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 16 pcs thinly sliced pork chops
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chicken powder/flavoring – video says 1/2
4 tbsp all purpose flour – video says 3 tbsp
16 thinly slices boneless pork chops
cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic,minced
1 cup thinly sliced ginger
1 cup chopped green onions
4 serrano peppers – thinly sliced with seeds
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp salt
Combine cornstarch, powder,flour and dredge pork into it.
Heat cooking oil to 350 F then deep fry pork until crispy (8 minutes)
Remove and set aside.
In a wok – add 4 tbsp cooking oil and saute onions for 30 seconds.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add ginger, half of the green onions,half of the peppers and half of the cilantro
Saute for 30 seconds until wilted.
Add fried pork.
Add the rest of the herbs.
Season with salt.
Serve right away.
