Salmon Chicharon over Fettuccine pasta with mushroom cream sauce
SALMON CHICHARON
600 grams salmon fillets, chopped or diced small
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil
Took me 10 minutes to make it super crispy.
CREAM SAUCE
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
300 grams mushrooms
8 cloves garlic,chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 knorr cube seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cups water
Sundried tomatoes
fresh spinach
100 grams grated cheddar cheese
lemon juice
1 box fettucinne pasta, cooked
