Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 to 7 minutes
Yields: serves 4
1 lb lean, skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 bite size
¼ cup cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ cup all purpose flour
Combine all ingredients except all purpose flour.
Slowly add flour. Toss chicken to coat. Do not mix.
Pre heat cooking oil to 350 F.
Fry in batches up to 7 minutes until golden brown. Chicken should not stick at the bottom of the pan.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or ketchup.
