PINAGPALANG AMPALAYA AT TILAPIA

Serves: 4 with steamed rice
2 pcs ampalaya,(600 grams) seeded and cut into thin slices
salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 lb (454 grams) – tilapia fillets, cut into large pieces
TILAPIA MARINADE
5 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
cooking oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
SAUCE
3 to 4 tbsp tamis anghang ketchup
2 tsbp soy sauce
ground pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
