Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Yields: 15 pcs
1 package frozen grated cassava, thawed
1 ½ cupS brown sugar
2 cups water
a few drops of Buco Pandan flavor – OPTIONAL
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp lye water
2 cups fresh grated coconut (niyog)
Combine water with pandan, lye, salt and sugar.
Add to the cassava.
Coat molders with cooking spray.
Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into each molder.
Steam for 45 minutes.
Cool down completely.
Unmold.
Roll into fresh grated coconut.
Serve.
Enjoy.
