4 tbsp cooking oil
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1/2 can fermented soy beans – drained
ground pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups diced fried tofu
2 cups patola (loofah)
1 medium size bittermelon (ampalaya)
1 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 cup water
400 grams chopped grilled pork belly
1 cup malunggay leaves
