Yields: serves 4 with steamed rice.
FOR THE CHICKEN:
2 lbs chicken thighs
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup orange sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp ground pepper
combine chicken, oil and season with salt and pepper
Grill over hot grill pan coated with cooking spray
Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
Glaze chicken as you grill using the sauce.
Turn it over once in a while.
Cook between 5 to 8 minutes.
For the sauce – just combine orange sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and ground pepper.
Slice cooked chicken and drizzle sauce on top before serving.
