200 grams sitcharo – snow peas
1 carrot
100 grams celery leaves
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 small red onion
1 small tomato
5 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
soy sauce
sugar
sesame oil
200 grams medium size shrimp
200 grams extra firm “cooked”tofu
1/2 can fermented black beans
1 can quail eggs
3 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
