Grilled Shrimp and Broccoli Salad
450 grams medium size shrimp,peeled and tails intact
salt and pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
Combine shrimp with salt and pepper and olive oil then grill for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
300 grams broccoli – steam for 3 minutes. Set aside.
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2 cup canned pineapple chunks
1 small size onion
1 clove garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
