Super Food! Ginisang Pipino at salmon
4 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 large onion
3 medium size tomatoes
5 cloves garlic,chopped
1 tsp Annato or Achuete Powder
fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
ground pepper
1 cup water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 can Pink Salmon
2 medium size cucumber
2 rolls vermicelli noodles or sotanghon soaked in warm water for 10 minutes.
