FISH BALLS WITH SAUCE
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: Steam 5 minutes
Frying 3 minutes
Yields: 15 fish balls
12 oz salmon fillets
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Steam fish for 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Cool down and shred into tiny pieces.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients listed above.
Fry for 3 minutes until golden brown.
