Kamote
Singkamas
Cabbage
100 grams tokwa
10 pcs medium shrimp
1 cup dilis
1/2 cup kinchay
salt and pepper
cooking oil for frying – fry between 4 to 5 minutes.
Batter:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 egg
food color – orange
salt and pepper
Arrozcaldo
Pre cooked 1 cup malagkit and set aside
3 tbsp cooking oil
garlic
onion
ginger
chicken cube
4 cups water
fish sauce
3 tbsp evap milk
garnish
chopped green onions
fried garlic
