BUDGET CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
TODO REKADO CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
1/2 box pasta (used linguini) – cooked according to package instructions, then cut into small pieces
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
200 gramsshredded cabbage
100 grams grated carrots
100 grams ham, chopped
salt
ground pepper
fish sauce
200 grams shredded boiled chicken breast – boneless and skinless
5 cups chicken stock/broth
100 grams – quick melt cheese- diced
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 tsp sugar
BUDGET CHICKEN SOOUP
NOTE:
use the following ingredients for the soup itself.
6 cups chicken broth
1 cube chicken seasoning
fish sauce
ground pepper
salt
sugar
1 can multi purpose cream
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
yellow food color
