Cajun Fish and Chorizo with Okra
2 fresh corns, cut into large pieces, boiled for 2 minutes then set aside.
300 grams chorizo, cut into large pieces
300 grams tilapia fillets, cut into large pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch, salt and pepper
Combine cornstarch with salt and pepper and coat the fish-
fry fish for 5 minutes until golden. Set aside.
2 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning – cajun
1 tbsp soy sauce
300 grams okra
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups chopped cilantro
