ADOBONG PULA PLUS JOY RIDE
950 grams chicken thighs – bone in and skin on
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
5 cloves garlic
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 30 minutes.
Then fry using low heat until brown and cooked.
This makes the chicken juicy and not dry.
Add 1 cup water
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp achuete powder
1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
For thickener – 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup water
