SWEDISH MEATBALLS GRAVY – MY VERSION

Serves: 4 cups of sauce
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups chicken or beef broth
2 cups fresh milk
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 can table cream
1 bag meatballs
Melt butter in a pan – takes 2 minutes
Add flour-use medium heat as you stir.
Cook for a minute.
Add broth and cook for 2 minutes
Add 2 cups fresh milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Keep stirring.
Add soy sauce and season with ground pepper and sugar
After 2 minutes turn off heat.
Add table cream
Add frozen meatballs – (bake or defrost first)
Combine well – Done!
Serve with rice.
