SWAM NA MAIS AT MAIS BOLA BOLA
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 with steamed rice
4 cobs corn in the cob- grate and divide into 2 portions
200 grams extra firm tofu, crumbled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup all purpose flour
mold into 12 corn balls
Fry until golden – 3 to 4 minutes per batch

1/2 large red onion
5 cloves garlic, chopped
corn
2 cups water
Chicken powder seasoning
ground pepper
fish sauce
2 beaten eggs
fresh spinach
