Spicy Chicken Wings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes
Yields: 2 servings as appetizer
1 1/2 pound wings
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp butter melted
1 tbsp Vinegar
Combine wings with salt pepper cornstarch and garlic powder
Fry for 12 minutes (make sure oil is hot about 350 F)
Combine melted butter with vinegar and hot sauce.
Immediately toss fried wings with the sauce.
Serve with celery sticks.
