1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Lime zest
lemon zest
2 tbsp plain yogurt
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot sauce
Vegetables for the shawarma
thinly sliced cucumber
thinly sliced red onion
thinly slice tomatoes
large flour tortillas
