PATOLA SA MISWA AT TUNA FISH BALLS PLUS GALA MODE!
2 cans tuna, drained and brine removed
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients and mold into 12 fish balls
Fry for 4 minutes until golden. Set aside.
PATOLA SOUP
1 small onion
5 cloves garlic
4 to 6 cups water
1 chicken cube
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp kasuba or safflower
fish sauce
3 pcs Patola
