Note: The recipe below is for the batter. This is the exact measurement of the ingredients and will produce 6 medium size fritters – ( 2 1/2 inches diameter)
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 cup cold water
combine all ingredients and this is your batter.
Here are the combination of the vegetables I used for the fritters:
1 cup sweet potato
1/2 cup baking potato
1 small carrot
1/2 green apple
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped green onions
The batter is enough for the amount of vegetables I used.
